A Job is a set of (usually two) folders and a description (instructions) of how the contents of the folders in the set should be synchronized with each other. You can synchronize more that one job at a time (Select the File > Synchronize All menu item). In the main user-interface window there is one tab for each job you create. Click on the tab for a job to bring its specification to the foreground where it can be viewed and changed.
Use the Job menu item to add, remove or rename jobs.
